We are second to none with our standards and work ethics as we work to the highest level of cleanliness and work efficiently to keep within turnaround timelines. We use green environmentally friendly chemicals including the latest micro splitters to get the very best results that speak for themselves. Over the many years that we have been operating we have never missed a single booking within our portfolio of existing cottages which all have extremely high reviews for cleanliness. We are constantly rated by our existing customers and graded by our clients and consistently receive the highest score values. We are also rated on Revoo and are currently between 9.8 and 10 on our current properties.
We are extremely passionate and highly motivated to make the best use of your cottage to make it as clean and comfortable for each and every guest possible to maintain bookings and excellent reviews so guests will want to return. We take great pride in our work and treat your cottage as if it was our own. We tailor our services to each and every cottage as we realise that every cottage is unique and listen to requirements to provide the best possible service. We are on call 24/7 for any unforeseen eventualities that may occur at your property during a guests stay and can be first point of contact. 
We source the majority of our supplies for the 'welcome pack', towels, linen and toiletries locally from Out of Eden. We find Out of Eden extremely useful and offer quality products at reasonable prices. We find the staff and service they provide us with exceptionally good and the quality of the linen washes extremely well. For everything else like wood, kindling and coal we also have local suppliers in Kirkby Stephen and Appleby.

This month our supplier spotlight is on Steve from Aqua Clean based in Cumbria. Aqua Clean have been a supplier with us for just under 3 years and has continued to provide an excellent level of service to our owners in their area. Working in a challenging rural area Steve has managed to maintain an amazing 100% KPI score over the last 6 months. Sykes have recently supported Steve to expand his service offering by providing advice on a new pricing structure for his fully managed property services and are helping Steve roll this out to his existing owners.
