CUMBRIA HOLIDAY COTTAGE SERVICES

We offer a unique service to holiday cottage/second home owners in our area. We have been in business for many years now and with help from our regular customers have recently expanded and are now pleased to announce that we can offer a complete cottage management service. 

These services now include, apart from our full cleaning service, the following :

• Full laundry turnaround
• Recycling removal
• Access to a list of experienced time served tradesmen including a local gardener, plumber, heating engineer, electrician
• Managment to include organising PAT testing, Fire Risk Assessments, Gas Checks etc.

We use green environmentally friendly chemicals including the latest micro splitters to get the very best results that speak for themselves.

We source the majority of our supplies for the Welcome pack, towels, linen and toiletries locally from Out of Eden.  We find them extremely useful and offer quality products at reasonable prices.  We find the staff and service they provide us with exceptionally good and the quality of the linen washes extremely well.   For everything else like wood, kindling and coal we also have local suppliers in Kirkby Stephen and Appleby.

We are on call 24/7 for any unforeseen eventualities that may occur at your property during a guests stay and can be first point of contact.
